Actually, I hadn't figured him for anything different than a wolf
shaman. What made you think that he was anything different?

This is what I got using Grim I and creating the spell as a damaging
manipulation. If you were going to make it permanent, raise the drain to S5.

I ran this up as an Impair Cybernetic Interface-type spell. Anyone got
anything else? This sucker lends itself to combat, damaging manipulation, or
damaging health.

I don't really like the set-up as a manipulation, but I thought I'd
throw something out to get the creative flamethrowers, er. .. juices flowing.
Lemmie know what you come up with, guys.
