What are the legal aspects of being nonhuman (in the broad sense)?
We know it's possible to live an open life as a vampire in San Francisco
(someone's doing it, cf NAGTNA), but what about weres and the more
exotic? One of the encounters in SPRAWL SITES suggests that weres are
not considered 'human' and protected by laws in either form, although the
evidence is slim (the encounter is with an eagle were, which doesn't
exist in the normal rules -- love those wacky FASA people). PARANORMAL
ANIMALS suggests that a number of species are broadly considered 'human',
but never lists them (of course, in Quebec they're considering not calling
trolls human -- if I was a Sasquatch, I'd stay far away); has anyone's GM
done up a list?
