There's no loophole and the answer is NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can't have it.
Reason: Read description of increase Reflexes spell, it specifically states that
it will not work on anyone with any initiative dice bonus.
The Real Reason: Yes, I'll take Synatic Accellerator 2 and Increase Reflexes +3
for a total of Reaction +6d6 for Initiative!
