So to avoid calling Doc Wagon supply Lonestar with cyber-restraints. These need
to be callibrated first but the equipment needed to do so could be carried
easily enough in most patrol vehicles. Give the cops both types stun first, 4
charges of 4D4 stun damage. Then if they are all activated, activate the micro
implosion ones and see how the sams like not having a hand any more.
