I was under the impression that you can't ground spells through quickened
spells. The reasons being that there's no actual physical presense like those
in foci and the quickened spell is an self-staining "entity".
Beside that the rules in Grim II never mention grounding under quickening
while they do when talking about anchoring.
On top of that, if you could ground through quickening, mages wouldn't leave
them lying around all over the place, that would be to dangerous.
