In our game, one of the GM's uses force, and the other force-1 on the drain
codes
intead of force/2 - that does a lot towards helping game balance.

Of course we also trying an essence loss due to bioware being 50% of the body
cost. This applies to both mages and samurai, as it seemed pretty unrealistic
that one would lose massive essence, and the other guy none. Don't know how it
will work out, but it turns out identical for magical healing, as you normally
add body/2 to the cyberware modified target number, so that remains the same
if you only look at the essence.

Of course, for a LOT of money, the essence cost (not the body) can be reduced
as the bioware is produced more and more in tune with your actual body.

Any Comments?
