Well, thank for all the replies I got to my questions and I still would like
more answers to the last one.

A chummer told me in the Grim II that it say a astral mage can manifest(p. 86).

There not a true answer to the one about fetishes, so I suggest it would depend
on the group.

I was reminded by chummer that the Barret dose actully exsit.
It a 50 caliber sniper rifle(more like a anti-tank gun) and is a single shot
weapon. I believe the clips holds a max of eight rounds(50 caliber rounds).
So this is no fastany weapon, but one that any GM can use on his/her players it
he/she is getting a little pissed off.
I would suggest giving it the range around a assault cannon.
The damage code being around "20S" and have a concealability of"is that a
six
foot long sniper rifle or you happy to see me".

Shaman Smasher, Still looking for more answers to question four, I might have to
use all of them except the one about a sub-tactical nuke(don't want to create a
even stronger backgroud count for even more deadlier toxic spirits).
