The Barret-80, for which I don't have the real-world data, is used to kill
armored vehicles. It is a .50 caliber anti-armor sniper rifle capable of
putting a hole into anything short of the frontal armor of a main battle
tank (and for those it will rip the treads to shreds). Just to give you an
idea of the damage it can dish out, though, an assault rifle round will
have a muzzle energy of approximately 1200-1300 Joules; the Barret-80's
muzzle energy is around 18000-20000 Joules. It is accurate out to 2-3
miles, adjusting for windage. And you *definitely* do not want to be on the
recieving end.

William> 2) In the book, Falcon(newbie wolf shaman)was able to manifest his
William> astral body into the mundane world and definily know he wasn't an
William> initiate yet. How is this possible?

Was he manifesting physically, or just appearing? Astrally projecting mages
can appear in the physical world; they can even speak while projecting.
They can't manipulate anything though, nor can they cast spells at the
physical world.

William> 3) In the book a astral shaman(Falcon again) was able to ground a
William> fireball down an fetish.
William> a) Do Fetishes have an astral presence?
William> b) If so, than are both reusable and one-shot fetishes have an
William> astral presence or just one of the two?

This was probably dramatic license on the part of the author. Fetish foci,
a kind of one-shot enchanted fetish, do have an astral signature, just like
other kinds of foci. As such, they may be grounded through.

William> Here a question not dealing with "Shadowplay".
William> I presently on a run as hiried muscle. I been told by my Mr. &
William> Mrs. Johnsons that they expect this run to last about a month.
William> Well so far the party has already kill a dragon in the first week.

I'm impressed.

William> Now with the infomation we already collected, it seems that a
William> greedy dragon is behind this, but the are also clues that a toxic
William> shaman is too. We fear the most, what if a TOXIC DRACONIAN SHAMAN
William> is the ring leader we have to bring down.

Eeep!

William> Well, the question is, if it can be answered, what is good way of
William> bring down or killing a TOXIC DRACONIAN SHAMAN and skipping town
William> is not an option for me.

"I say we take off, nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be
sure." Of course, that will take all of Seattle with it...

It can be shown that for any nutty theory, beyond-the-fringe political view or
strange religion there exists a proponent on the Net. The proof is left as an
exercise for your kill-file. --d9bertil@****.chalmers.se (Bertil Jonell)
