The decking system doesn't need streamlining, it needs a complete
replacement (but I think that about all decking systems I've seen). I
have some designs that I may polish up and post when I figure out the
dark corners.

Basically, the game puts much too much emphasis on programs and
decks, and nowhere near enough on the decker. It also makes you roll
far too much, far too often.
