How about this (S1 only you'll have to convert yourselves)
10D1 ( I've made the staging 1 as it is the only way I can see you are going
to be able to knock down all that armour. With a target number of 10 even
the best sam is gonna have trouble resisting).
As for what else the gun would have. I'd say Optical Mag 3, smartgun link,
a tripod and a special brace for the person shooting so that they don't
break their shoulder with the recoil.

I believe this is possible for anybody who can astrally project (G1). Check up
in the section astral space. It says something like the mage/shaman can
manifest in the real world and speak to people though can do nothing else. I'm
not sure if you are open to attack like spirits are when they manifest, I'll
have to check.

S1 again it definatley says that fetishes and other focuses follow you when
you astrally project so I see no reason that they shouldn't appear on the
astral plane all the time as so spell locks and power focuses etc.
Toxic Shaman question.
Try to lure him out of his domain. This may be hard though it's a must as any
spirits that he conjoures whilst in a toxic domain will be extra powerful.
Check up on allergies of dragons if they have any. Get hold of a rocket
launcher or two. If you don't have one hire a high grade initiate to keep your
party shielded. If you have a rigger have him fly lots of little drones around
the dragon. This makes an excellent chaotic world for the dragon. If they can
fire so much the better. See if you can work out the dragons centering
technique, if you can stop him centering he suddenly looks alot more like a
normal shaman.
