I would definitely have to agree.
However, I also seem to recall hearing from Minotaur
when he talked to Tom Dowd that physical spells can be ground
down a quickening. This was off the cuff so hell, he could have
continued thinking about it later and decided to change his mind. But
is initial ruling to us was physical, single target spells can be
ground.........hope this helps. :)
