HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!!!

Oh, ah... hehehe... man I gotta tell ya about this one!

A friend of mine just told me about this guy he met, seems the guy was into
psuedo-Shadowrun (Bear with me a moment, I'll explain) and also loved to brag.

I'll never figure out how he kept a straight face while listening to the guy,
I couldn't keep one while he was telling me!

Okay, It seems this guy was running a samurai, one with 0.5 essence left
(not too unusual). Now what is unusual is the 40 reaction. Yes 40. Using
beta wired reflexes 3, of course. Being betaware, it would give him a
success roll to protect against the effects of being hit by a anti-cyber spell
(a la Into The Shadows). I swear, I am not making this up! He really said
this. His favorite tactic is to pull the pin on a grenade and then tackle
a target. His combat armor protects him from taking ANY damage. (Yeah, right)

Apparently he just spent 10,000,000Y to buy a yacht. (hack, cough). Put
enough armor on it to ignore missle hits. And several (yes SEVERAL) MP Lasers
tied into the ships power for protection. He also (Here's the real kicker)
had the ship lined with ORICULUM (Sorry about the spelling) so that he could
have a mage enchant the ENTIRE ship so that (heheheh) _MAGIC WOULD NOT WORK
ON BOARD!!!!!!!!!!_

Of course he had the spell keyed specifically to him so that he (and only he)
could shut it off at will. Uh huh. He wanted to be able to sail into what
used to be Ireland (I'm not even going to try to type THAT from memory :)
without worring about the magical barrier surrounding the isle.

Do you begin to see why I say psuedo-shadowrun? As a member of the old school
of GMing, (I am the GM, therefore I am GOD!) I would love to get this guy in
a game I was running.

GM "Could I see your character for a moment?"
