I know of at least ONE drone in the RBB that is vectored thrust. Your
definition of vectored thrust is a bit too simplistic. Vectored thrust means
only that you can direct the output of your engines directionally. There are
several prop-driven craft that are vectored thrust as well. RTFB.
Hovercraft use a version of this vectored thrust idea, but you cannot move the
engines from a vertically-thrusting position, and you cannot possibly tell me
that they are jet-propelled.
