The questions you have raised remind me of the first time I perused the Rigger
Black Book. The first inquiry I made of its owner was, "Does it allow you to
design your own vehicles?" Much to the sorrow of many a rigger and tech-
nomancer, regrettably not.
However, PROGERS, I thought--admittedly, I have recieved no
confirmation of this--that there was to be a new sourcebook dubbed "Rigger
5000" which should have rules and guidelines for vehicle construction. This
may or may not be true, however. [ Has anyone else received/seen any
information along these lines? ]
Otherwise, I would be in strong support of any such action on FASA's
part. Put me down for the strongly affirmative.
