Hey Bill, its me again. Well, let's hit the answers off, one, by one!

1) The Barrett Sniper Rifle

Well geez, there is a reason that there is an entry in my supplement to the
SSC that says 'Barrett Model 82B2'? I wonder what that is.

2) Astral Mages Manifesting

My ruling is 'uh-uh, no, SORRY'. I don't think that it would be allowable
by the SRII rules. I say this namely out of common sense. What is the
physical manifestation of the astral spirit? The human body. Think about
it....

3) Fetishes, and Grounding Spells

Due to the fact that they have some magical power inherent in them due to
the magical nature of the item (they are used to help cast stronger spells).
Therefore, you could theoretically ground spells into the fetish. However,
ritual sorcery or other sorcery requiring some kind of material link may not
use the fetish as a target. Let me read up on it a bit.

4) The UGLY Scenario

My only suggestion to you is to first cut away at some of the material links
the drac requires to continue making a problem of himself, such as crimping
down on conjuring materials and their accessability to him, weapons, funds,
etc. Cut his links first, then hit- and- run him several times (each time
different and unique). The rest is up to you, Bill.
