attacker's skill. Yhe power of the bullet has nothing to do with the attack;
you are dodging his ability to anticipate your move and lead you into his arc
of fire. Now, when that bullet hits, subtract the armor rating fro the Power
of the attack, as usual, and roll body vs that number.
Here's a thought: Since it's now the generic "combat" pool, perhaps the
target can elect to use dice to resist damage, an option that would probably
be taken by low-Body types shot by Samurai.
