over into the physical column. That is, a character who has already taken a
Serious Stun wound (6 boxes) takes another Serious Stun hit. Serious does 6
boxes, so the last 4 boxes in the Stun column would be filled in, and the
remaining 2 boxes would be filled in on the Physical column"

Sorry, Nightfox, but your example is in error

14-1 successes on a StrM(stun) M==S==D==D+many.
Under SRII, the most that you can do in one shot is 10 boxes. So your ganger
is unconscious, and will feel like hell when he wakes up. If CRUSH is feeling
extra vindictive, then he will pound on the ganger until he has a Serious Wound.
