Atticus asked about Magnesium rounds. Well, you could have a
standard bullet have a hollow base and fill it with pressed powdered
Magnesium. I believe these rounds already exist today and are used to
ignite flammable things (like gas tanks, etc...). Can anyone tell us here
on the list what tracer bullets are made from? Legion maybe?
