I once had the great pleasure to play Judge Dredd, unfortunately the GM got a
job and moved. Anyway, as a Judge one of the items of standard equipment was
the incendiary round.

If anyone has access to an old JD rule book can they tell us what it says
about incendiaru rounds.

Personally I'm against them, but only until I can see a good argument for
them.
