The way Twilight describes availability reminds me of how
my favorite GM runs Beta-ware. The same with custom designing; beta
cyberware is built for the individual, not for the generic Homo-(yours here).

This makes for less of it, and lots more role playing with corporate
contacts.

Price: the sky is the limit! If a player wants that platinum coated
delta-class (or beta) cyber-arm make him pay with _everything_
they have; life savings, favors, 6th mortgage, loans, etc...
