How much reduced power level? Even a non-dikoted Depleted Uranium shell
would be useful (Like in a vehicle mounted larg-bore weapon)

What is the reasoning for these rounds? (I'm not saying they're stupid, I'm
admitting I can't figure out a use for them.)

Good, I'll want to see it, my players hate it when the enemy has nastier
armament than they do. :)
