Regular fletchette is resisted by the bigger of Ballistic , or 2x
Impact Armor. I just want these rounds to be resisted by the best of
Ballistic or Impact armors. Thus they pierce armor better than regular
fletchette ammo. The reasoning is they still receive the same +1 to
Wound Level of regular fletchette.
