Well, there is a company now putting out detailed building floor plans. I
forget who they are, but they've got two sets out, one corporation-type
building and one research facility type setup.

You'll probably want to invest in a battle mat while you're at it. Chessex
makes good ones, they're padded, come in square and hex grids in various
sizes, and you can use overhead (transparancy) pens to set up terrain. A
good-sized battle mat is worth the $15-$20 (US) investment.
