To answer question 1: I stated that you MAY access knowsofts and
datasofts from headware memory, not that it was the only way.
My point was that other individuals were going buck wild on the
concept of loading skills into headware memory with nothing
to access them and with no way to actuate the information. I
apologise if you didn't read the entire sentance the way I wrote it.
To answer question 2: It was late. Softlink was a typo - I meant
that no matter how many chips you had in at any one time, you could
not access a total level of chip ratings higher than the level of
skillwires that you possessed. And of course you may not split chip
