These tactical computers perform similiarly to the
original tactical computer, but for different functions.
Only the Rigger tactical computer imbues a tactics _skill_
to the user, and the level 2 rating is only for vehicular
combat.

The matrix tactical computer is in its core essence
a program analysis subsystem. It analyzes the target's code
and even the the fabric of the particular node of the matrix
in which you are currently engaging. It uses this information
to find the most effective way of exploiting weaknesses in the
opponent's code. The matrix tactical subsystem best used with
a cranial computer. When used in concert with a cranial
computer, add one half (rounding down) of the persona's current
sensor rating to that of the effective tactical computer level.
For standard cyberdecks, add one half of the persona's current
sensor rating to the effective tactical computer level -2 for
a level 1 datajack, -1 for a level 2 datajack, and -.5 for a
level three datajack. Round down.

The rigger's tactical computer is much more straight-
forward, having been based off the original tactical computer.
For every level of vehicular sensor rating, add one to the
effective tactical computer rating. This bonus only applies
to the vehicle that the rigger is actively controllling at the
moment, although in cases in which they are all being used in
concert, the base tactical rating may be added to the secondary
subsystems, as they are all being used effectively in concert.
