Okay... when talking with Tom on the phone (neat guy, btw), I asked him
whether or not mages can hit a target by using Mag-3s built into his cybereyes.

He said "the mage has paid the essence for them, they're his, and they work".

SO! Your mage CAN use Electronic Mags, as long as they are built into his eye,
and he has paid the essence for them.

As for hitting someone through a trid-screen,
