Gee, I guess Bob the Admin Guy beat me to the Matrix Reaction spell. . .maybe
he actually is plugged in (Sorry Rob).

Anyway, I would not regard anything in NAGEE as gospel. However, Rob's
explanation of the Increase Reaction Spell maketh sense.

Now, the third iteration of my question: What is the "Dwarven Mage Hunter"
doing with Priority 2 Magic when he has no listed powers or abilities?
