Unfortunately, this would seem to make the spell worse. By increasing the
deckers complete reaction time then you not also give them dice in the
matrix but also in the real world. - Increased thinking time = Increased
Reactions. Result : A single spell whichgives extra dice in the 'real'
world and also when decking. = MUCHKINISM........

If this works then surely wired reflexes woud give a decker extra
dice in the maqtrix too. Equally a vehicle control rig would also give
dice in the real world.

Arrrgh - what a horrible thought...

Mad mage/decker/rigger/street sam all in one character - Hmmmmmmm....
