There is not true limit to how big a medicine lodge can be. Production of the
materials is quite easy (Enchanting T#4 time 24 hours per point). Of course
locating a high force lodge is difficult (Force/24 hrs availability). This
should be enough to keep most people from just setting them up with reckless
abandon. That and the fact that it takes 1 day per point of force and that a
lodge is attuned to a specific totem.
Besides as GM if somebody told me they were going to build a force 100
Medicine Lodge, I would slap them with a wet carp.
