I don't think so. While I have the impression that NAN just
muddles along and tries to help the environment and do other mundane
things, Tir Tairngire has darker and more ambitious goals. Also, the Tir
was born out of violence with a NAN member, the Salish-Shidhe council.
Furthermore, the Tir seems to be ruled by a class of mostly European rich
people. I am talking about the Royal class here. Just my thoughts.
