Steve,
If you get around to it, I would appreciate it if you would post
any major points discussed, not the actual text, just a synopsis. I'm
talking about facts or the future, like Harlequin and Dunzelkahn are going
to buy Ares. I am less interested in drama, humor, and the like.

Back to Tir Tairngire, I am speculating (no advance info on this one) that
the Blood Forest of the Elves of Earthdawn and Tir Tairngire are the same.
I don't think it is a coincidence that the Elves live in Oregon, a heavily
forested area. Also, maybe the dwarves in Earthdawn live in the Rockies or
the Cascades? We already know that the Queen of the Blood Elves sits on
the Tir council. I think I need to stop speculating. I have one question,
though, do any of the Shadowrun novels, except for Secrets of Power, deal
with this ancient Elf and related issues?
