specifically created by corps and tolerated by governments to cover up non-publ
ic transactions. Script would be Nuyen denominated pieces of paper. Mostly they
would act like bearer bonds - No traceable ID, the corp Has to redeam then No
questions asked, for any good, service, other that it or its subsidiaries produ
ce. They would be like Special Executive Bearer Script- only the value and issu
ance code would be present - thats it! Since most megacorps produce nearly ever
ything you could see the advantages - they would easily become the primary mean
s of exchange in the largely SINless and Secretive shadowworld, and would be st
ocked in all the bars, stores, etc.. that 'runners frequent. Also there would b
e grades of script - huge, stable, and diversified megacorps (ex: Ares, HBK,
IWS, Renraku) would be AAA rated and go at face value. Smaller corps would be
trade at less than face value.
The thing to keep in mind is that script is specifically created to be
like modern day national currencies- nothing about it is supposed to yield
personal info about the bearer. Script is largely a tool used by megacorps to
cover "hidden" ventures.
