Heh, I was cleaning out some old mail (don't ask why this one was still
around, I have no idea myself). In any case, the usual monthly argument
about Dikote had come up and the following question was asked, with my
rather amusing reply.

Why am I sharing this? Why not. It's summer and we have nothing better
to do :)

Yep. Take a vat of rubber cement. Measure how much you have (Call this
number R1). Dip one humanoid into the vat and take them back out. Measure
how much rubber cement is left in the vat (Call this number R2).

Pour an amount equal to R1 - R2 into a bucket. Pour the amount from the
bucket onto a flat surface, like a floor or something. Allow to . . . uh
. . . solidify I guess.

Then, cut this sheet of rubber into 1" x 1" squares. Count the number of
squares.

This will give you the surface area of that humanoid (or a rough
guesstament). To get the average area, you will have to perform this
experiment on several humanoids.

Any volunteers?
