Subject: Anchoring & Grim II stuff

Ok guys and gals, lets see if you can help me with a few enquiries.

I'm about to start running a brand new shadowrun II game with a new group. Up
to press I've been using a mish-mash of S1 and S2 with grimoire 1 only. But
from flicking through Grim II down at the local game store I couldn't find
anything that different between it and number 1.

Except anchoring and some new phys ad abilities. Well I already have a copy
of the new phys ad abilities but I only had chance to skim through the part on
anchoring before I felt that glare of the shop assistant on the back of my neck
who knows you have no intention of actually buying the book you are busy
reading.

So 1) Can someone explain to me fully how to implement anchoring (I only know
that it makes it possibly to trigger 1 spell with another spell)
2) Is there anything else notably different from Grim 1 in Grim 2 ?
(I'll be using the old initiation rules and I'll cobble together a new
spell design section myself).
