Yes to both questions. Remote Operation/Specific Drone are the
concentrations and specializations that may apply.

Three things: 1) control pool, 2) skill web defaults 3) Vehicle Control
Rig. Vehicle skills default Reaction on the skill web, and most riggers
will have a rigged Reaction around 10-12 if not better. Then the T#s for
controlling a vehicle are reduced by 2 times the VCR level (-2 for VCR-1,
-4 for VCR-2, -6 for VCR-3) (this is on the GM's screen) On top of that,
add the Control Pool (ie, his rigged Reaction).

You should really read up on using that Skill Web. Shadowrun character's
don't get to start with a whole lot of individual skills, so they tend to
load up on a few important ones and default through the Web.
