If my memory serves me correctly, you don't get to use the control pool
unless you know how to use the vehicle in question. I do remember for
certain that you can't use a control pool when you are using a skillsoft.

If I'm correct, that means Ed is right when he says the Rigger archetype is
screwed up. But what's new about that?
