Subject:	Characters w/o boosted reflexes

I would like some opinions on the viability of characters who do
not have some sort of reflex enhancements. In most of the games I've been
in, if you don't have at least boosted-2, you don't fight-everything has
alredy happened by the time your turn rolls around.

Right now, I'm making a combat-oriented character who probably
won't have enough money for any kind of enhanced reflexes except maybe
boosted-1 (big whoop). In any case, reflex enhancements really wouldn't
fit in with the concept behind the character (ex-African big game
hunter/naturalist).

Opinions?
