The list is edited, but the content isn't...

The whole reason a rocker can persuade people to act is the music. If you
want to see something frightening, watch the Bruce Sprinsteen video for
"Born to Run". There's a part where Bruce casually swings his finger, and
a stadium full of fans waves their collective arms in time. The raw power
of this is frightening.
On the s-Run side of it all, look at Shadowbeat, the rockers can already DO
this, dependant on skills and musical standing. (You have to buy levels
with starting nuYen...) It works out to be even.

>2. Something that can control people's minds to the point of personal
>harm (level 2) has _got_ to be illegal. This matters. A shadowrunner
>can fill his body with all sorts of semi-legal and even flagrantly

Of corse, a runner would NEVER consider putting illegal cyber into their
systems! (ha!) But, on another note, what if a street-wise decker got
this installed? "These are not the droids you're looking for..."

Shadowbeat HAS a recognition chart. If the person rolls over a number,
they recognise you. Just something to think about...

Oh yeah, on the Australian posts. I know it's moderately unrelated, but I
was wondering what 'Truganini' means? It comes from a song by 'Midnight
Oil', and I know they've done songs about the aboriginal mythos. Anyone?

(PS : Watch Mtv for a video by Sting. The title escapes me offhand, but it
has him walking through a deserted town, and in his shillouette, you see
the town as if it were alive. It's kinda like how I see the astral. Just
a thought...)
