Sorry if someone's handled this already, but. . .
HOW DO YOU GO ON 56 WITHOUT REROLLING 6s?
I can see a mage with Reaction of 6. Add 8 for Increased Reaction (though
I'm not sure if that spell adds to reaction) then +4 dice, total 5, which
cannot exceed 6. So 30 + 14 is 44.

Of course, I don't have my book with me, but woe to the mage who
expends all his pools by 16 who does not kill his opponents.
