This is provided in case someone else hasn't beaten me to the punch to
the new runner in Deutschland. . .
1: The Ares Viper is fired with Firearms skill, or an appropriate
concentration or specialization. Skills are pretty loose in SRun; Firearms
lets you operate any handheld slugthrower, from a pistol to an assault rifle.
If you have a concetration or specialization, you begin at the point on the
web that the appropriate general skill starts; if you're falling back to the
original skill, your skill is effectively lower.

2: Not sure what Basic Docwagon offers, but I believe it's one ressusitation
a year plus 10% off surgery. Or maybe they just deliver your body. It's in
there.
3: Program carriers are gone. You can no longer run the matrix without a
deck, so pcs are unneeded.
4: Depends on what kind of action firing a weapon is. I don't believe so, thoughthe rigger
isn't penalized for control tests made that action.
