As far as to the initiative dice of the Spinal VCR system, yes, they are
additional dice, not total dice.

The major thing to consider is the S-VCR's lack of reaction bonus... so
despite the fact that it has a lot of dice, it isn't on the average exceedingly
fast, sometimes you move like the blazes, sometimes you don't. On the average
the S-VCR 1 is a bit faster than a VCR-1 (which noone seems to ever use) and
the S-VCR 2 is as fast as the VCR-2.

S-VCR 3's are not in the planning. I decided that
1) That would be HEAVY spinal augmentation - so the low essence might
actually reverse itself at that point.
2) I didn't want the system faster than the VCR-3, I think that should
still simply be the best at the moment.
