So make it more expensive! Remember, the report DID say that the docs would
probably charge a load to install it, and low Availability can drive the cost
up too.

I have to go along with the Essence portion of it, though... If it doesn't
mess with the brain, it ought to be less of an Essence hit.

Besides, you can mess with the response times (for anything that's not reflex)
to make it more of a compromise.
