Hmmm... Not that bad after all. I still think that the Essence cost should
be a teeny bit higher, though. I mean, sure, you're not directly connecting
to the brain, but you're messing with the spinal cord which is the next
best thing.

Either that, or make it some kind of cyber-biotech crossbreed with both an
Essence cost and Body Index cost, drop the Essence cost for the S-VCR2 to
around 2, and give it a BI of around 2.
