It has come to my attention, that a character using Vision
magnification x3, for example, has the target number of short range for all
Range categories. What happens beyond extreme? Do the bullets automatically
miss 1 meter beyond extreme? In the span of a meter, does the character go
from a target number of 4, to automatically missing? If any of you have
possible solutions, please send them my way.
