Now, I'm sorry, but a 20% loss in penetration is a big deal, maybe not today,
but in 2054 it would be. Remember that weapons on 2054 have to be used on
armored opponents 9 times out of 10. Now tell me if you had the choice of
carrying a weapon with power 8 or 10 just be using different ammo, and not
extra dangerous or illegal ammo, wouldn't you?
Remember that bullets don't tend to penetrate Kevlar and using Hollow point
rounds just makes it that much tougher.
