Why is it that every Shadowrun group has someone who aspires to own or run
a business? I don't know, but I am presently involved in an effort to make
an organized system to cover the operation of a small business. It should
work in a similar fashion to the rules for Rocker charachters in Shadowbeat.

Well, all I can say is, try to look at what might be reasonable. Someone who
works as a bouncer makes enough to support themself at a low lifestyle. Just
figure out what the player is willing to pay. I have a Troll-Samurai turned
gun store owner who has decided to support all employees at middle lifestyle.
He wants everyone to be real loyal. I would have to agree, especially since
he's hiring mostly metahumans who have trouble getting work elsewhere.
There are prices for apartments in the Sprawl Sites book. I don't have it
with me, but if you give it a look you should be able to figure something out.
Good luck with you're enteprising businessman/shadowrunner. If anyone out
there wants to see the rules for running a business that I'm putting together,
give me a holler.
Not that it matters, I'd post them anyway..
