Oh, not necessarily. Don't forget that the police (at least in Seattle)
are only private security corporations hired to enforce the local law.
DocWagon, being a separate corporation, may not feel it necessary to
reveal information about THEIR clients to an outside agency.
After all, keeping Shadowrunners with pumped cyberware out on the streets
has GOTTA be good for business in the long run.
