Goodness Gracious, Great Balls of Fire (by Joe Block <jpb1@******.com>)
DL DT
+1 Area Effect
+1 EE:Fire
+1 EE:Blast
+1 Physical
-1 Limited Range
S Damage Base = S
+2 +1 Total
Drain = (F/2)+3 D
This was designed for an Initiate NPC of mine. Great for letting the PCs
know they've blown their stealth check.
Operation Mind Crime (by Joe Block <jpb1@******.com>)
DL DT
M Amnesia
-1 Limited range
+2 Deep Mind Interaction
+1 Sustained
+1 Causes target to make an Intelligence check at 1 x successes to
remember any events that happen during the spell.
0 +3 Total
Drain = (F/2)+3 M
This spell works by blocking the targets ability to access their memory. No
new data goes in, no old data comes out. This affects cyberware also
because the data never reaches the area of the brain that the cyberware is
tapping. Any lasting amnesia caused by this spell only covers events
occurring during the time from the spells casting until it is no longer
being sustained.
Empty Arms (by Joe Block <jpb1@******.com>)
DL DT
M Mind Control
-1 Limited Range
+1 Area Effect
+1 Superficial Mind Interaction (only causes target to drop what
they're carrying)
0 +1 Total
Drain = (F/2)+1 M
This spell causes anyone in the area of effect to drop whatever they're
carrying. Handy when you see someone pull the pin on a grenade.
Empty Arms and Operation Mind Crime were designed to be non-lethal.
Prisoners are occasionally useful, after all.
Thats all for today, folks.
As always, awaiting comment.
