This idea is not very well thought out. The optic center of the brain
is not very well equiped to see sound. You would be better off giving the
person cyber ears and the upper range hearing modification. The person could
then pinpoint the position of the enemy and fire accordingly. The only problem
then is that dog whistles would get really annoying.
