Keeping things like wired relfexes and increased reaction or initiative
spells up all of the time makes you a very jittery person. You move a little
too quickly and this can be bad if you are trying to convince someone that you
are just an average joe on the street. It makes it easier to detect the most
probably illegal cyberware in your body.
